Self-Service for Royal & SunAlliance Insurance Company
of Canada
STONEY CREEK,
ON– JUNE 10, 2002 - Entryport
Corporation, a leading Canadian integrator of policy-driven
eSecurity solutions, is pleased to announce it has been
selected by Royal & SunAlliance Insurance Company
of Canada, to extend the capabilities of their eSecurity
infrastructure.
This initiative expands upon the shared eSecurity service
implemented by Entryport previously, and continues our
commitment to the Royal & SunAlliance team. With
this new initiative, Entryport will incorporate enhanced
self-service, and data collection capabilities into
the shared infrastructure, to facilitate additional
cost reduction and more complete partner information.

First, by delivering the self-service component, all
of our users will have a centralized way to reset forgotten
passwords, and modify their profile information. This
will result in significant call reductions to our service
center. Secondly, this initiative will provide us with
a data collection facility to improve our partner data
capture capabilities through a non-obtrusive process,”
