Delivery Methodology
Entryport’s rapid implementation methodology was
designed to streamline the implementation of IAM solutions.
This iterative process includes four key delivery phases:
| Strategize |
The Strategize phase
establishes the vision for the project, scope, objectives,
and target benefits. This phase establishes project
charter, and a consistent view of the project among
key stakeholders and participants. |

| Visualize |
The Visualize phase
establishes an understanding of key functional components,
and the resulting architecture of the target solution.
This phase maps out the as-is and the to-be states
of the solution. A variety of techniques are used
to collect requirements, and architect the target
solution including one-on-one interviews, facilitated
sessions, and workshops. The visualize phase delivers
the initial proof-of-concept implementation. This
ensures that high-level functional requirements
are met, and key technical issues are addressed
early in the process. |

| Realize |
The Realize phase
builds upon previous phases to establish the detailed
solution architecture, implemented within a development
environment setting. The Realize phase refines technical
details of the IAM solution, creates the deployment
blueprint, and establishes the enterprise IAM framework.
At this point, the solution is ready to be tested
and deployed into the customer’s integration
test environment. |

| Operationalize |
The Operationalize
phase introduces the solution into the customer’s
staging / production environment. The Operationalize
phase completes the development of hand-off documentation,
communication plans, and readies the organization
for production cut-over. |
